question about powerlifting routines.

do power lifters : squat, dead, and bench each work out????? how???

do a search on westside barbell. Look for articles by Louie Simmions. The greatest Powerlifting coach around.

B. Fold, which organazations do you compete in. I have done USPF, NASA, ADFPA
 
Bomber - no.
The three day is a little unorthodox.

Stick with uit......take an extra day if you need it.



Personally - as a powerlifting com grows closer - I think it WOULD benefit them to do all three lifts on the same day.

They lift in comp. that way.
 
I compete in strongman under the NASS organization. Hope to be in the IFSA next year or the year after...

God, a woman who uses chains in their routine...How cool is that...I'm the only regular at my gym who still believes in chains...squats, bench and deads....
