Question about post workout drink.

Ok after my workout I have 3 scoops of Optimum Whey, mixed with Glutamine and Creatine.Now I recently have had to switch my schedule up so I do cardio after lifting now.Shoul I drink my shake than hit the cardio or do the cardio than kill the shake.
 
How long is the cardio? I'd drink it before. I always buy my post-workout shake at the gym...and I buy it right before my last exercise and sip it between sets...then finish it off on the way home. I don't do cardio though...I was wondering this today because some hot chick was giving me the eyes on the treadmills so I was thinking of hitting up some cardio.

Maybe sip it throughout your cardio if you can...
 
What kind of creatine? Pure creatine monohydrate or a mix including carbohydrate?

How many grams of protein, carbs, and fat total are in you post-workout shake?
 
Cardio is great on an empty stomach, which is fine post workout because of glycogen depletion, but you don't want the body starving for goodies in the meanwhile.

I agree with the above, take it on the way to the gym, that way it will begin absorbtion through the workout (whey is about 20 minutes if just in water), I also take aminos preworkout.
