Question about PO Boxes - Guyx who have read legal muscle may be able to help..

I'm going to buy the book soon anyway but I had a few questions


If I open a PO Box, and am set up for a controlled delivery...(not that I would actually order steroids), hypothetically;

-Can they get a warrant to search your home? What if you are over 18 but not a homeowner?

-If you were to take the package into your car, and it was a personal use amount, are they likely to be able to seize your car?

Until someone who realy knows something posts here is what I remember.

If your gear is to be delivered in the mail to your house then it is on a "sure and true course" to your house. This makes it much easier to get a warrent for your house.

It sounded like most warrents where still conditional warrents in that you must accept the gear before the search is authorized.

The PO Box seems to be less likely linked to your house, but I was left with the impression that this might be something your lawyer would argue after the fact not something you could present at the door and prevent the search.

As far as the car, I don't remember reading much about that (yet), but I thought that it was only the proceeds (moneys and things you have due to your profits) and vehicles (in a broad sense, stuff that facilitates your dealing) for/from your DEALING that will get confiscated.
The personal use amount seems to be of a great deal of debate though with some jurisdictions calling 200 5mg tablets evidence of dealing.

Glad to hear other people are starting to buy this book. The answer to your question is yes they can search your home. As soon as you take posession of the package and take it home it is all down hill from there. Trust me guys, this book is really great. It truly scared the shit out of me, but I will continue to play this IRON game. Now I feel like I have the other teams play book which will making coming up with a good defence a whole lot easier.

If you are lucky enough to still get mail in your new PO Box sent to the previous user of the PO Box I would order the gear in the name of that person. Go pick up your package when the front lobby is closed and there is only access to the PO Boxes. That way if you get grabbed you can say that you were going to give it to the post office when they opened up in the AM b/c it was not addressed to you and you don't know who sent it....

Why do these scumbags even bother. You pieces of shit. Searching someone's home because they use steroids. What a waste of time. All the while they wonder why there is so much violent crime. These stupid cocksuckers need to focus their attention on the real bad guys.

The answer to this -- and every other question regarding possession is the same.

They can do whatever the fuck they want.

If you have a half a d-bol tab in your pocket, you're breaking the law and they can make life miserable for you, so all this speculation is pointless. Everyone needs to know just two things.

1...Do everything you can NOT to get caught. That includes using a P.O. Box. Why would you rather have gear in a federal building instead of your home? Do you actually think they'll find it and say. "Oh. it's just a personal amount. Put it back in the box and leave him alone. After all, we'll never be able to find out where he lives." Get real.

And 2...If you get caught. Shut the fuck up. Don't explain. Don't defend yourself. Don't deny. Don't admit. Don't give any political commentary. Just shut the fuck up. Call your lawyer and let him or her do the talking for you. That's all you need to know.

If i remember correctly i think they may get a warrant but they may need to show a "nexus" or something like that. Your lawyer can argue that nexus thing in court.

Prob not for personal use, but make sure you know whats personal use or not. Just because it may be for personal use by federal guidelines doesn't mean it'll be for personal use by your state.

All in all, after reading the book if i was to order steroids which i wouldn't because it's against the law i would get a po box and take a cab to go to pick it up, and when you open the package take a knife a pierce it through the side instead of opening up the way it's meant to be just in case there a little device in there for ya.
