Question about PO Boxes - Guyx who have read legal muscle may be able to help..

I dont think its a good idea to get an actual PO box at the post office. I have used private companies like mail boxes etc and pak mail to order all of my androstenedione and creatine.......

any reasons behind that thought? it seems that since MBE type places are private and can do whatever, PO needs to follow strict regulations

Guys maybe I've missed something here.

When you open a PO Box, you must use your actual name with ID. If you are going to get a controlled delivery, the Feds will know your name, house addy etc. This will allow them the right to issue a warrant for your home, which they have no doubt already been watching prior to their controlled delivery.

IF you are busted while transporting the gear, there is a high probability that they will try to charge you with distrubution, whcih carries a higher penalty.

Again maybe I've missed something but there is no true 'personal use' as related to AS. It is all illegal.

I've played this game for amny years. The easiest way not to get caught is to use common sense. I have never been a dealer, nor ordered large quantities of anything, so if this is your disposition, these ways will not work.

When you order product, keep the amounts small, ie...a cycle at a time. Make sure your source knows how to package the product. Loose amps will break causing inspection, loose tabs will rattle causing inspection. I have always asked sources to package tabs in an empty container of a legit product, ie.. put your dbol in an asprin container. Most inspectors don't know the difference in the tabs.

Thise is an old but proven way of getting your package....get the items mailed to your house...but use a variation of your name. If your name is John SMith, have the product mailed to Mr. Smitts, if you butcher your name too bad, the post man may not deliver. This does 2 things for you. #1 if you are going to get a controlled delivery, you will know right away when the postman wants you to accept under Mr. SMitts.....refuse because it is not you. If there is no controlled delivery but you are worried anyway, grab the package and write on it "RETURN TO SENDER, NO SUCH PERSON AT THIS ADDRESS' on the package and leave it by your front door for a few days. If the cops come, you can tell them that you got the package by mistake and were going to take it back to the post office as soon as you had the chance. I know it's hard to leave a package out, impossible for some but to me this way is much easier than trying to go the POB route. I'm not a lawyer but I do not think the cops would even have the right to search your home as the warrant would probably be made out under the name of Mr. SMitts, not to say that they couldn't leave and get this cahnged but atleast you'd have a head start to clear out anything else in your home.

MBE and Private carriers have to follow the same regs as the post office. I just think its less chance of a problem. You want your juice sittin in a place that has a postal inspector runnin around in. A for instance that isnt likely, but it seems the way busts go down all the time: Some guy brushes your package while it is waiting at the post office and hears pills rattle, he gets suspicious. He notices that someone name Joe Smith has a delivery that rattles from moscow russia and you are in podunk city mo. you can finish the story. The private carrier doesnt give a fuck, he jsut wants the rent. My guy even put my package in his fridge until i could pick it up!
but use a variation of your name. If your name is John SMith, have the product mailed to Mr. Smitts
Always a good idea. It gives your lawyer something to work with.

If you are lucky enough to still get mail in your new PO Box sent to the previous user of the PO Box I would order the gear in the name of that person. Go pick up your package when the front lobby is closed and there is only access to the PO Boxes. That way if you get grabbed you can say that you were going to give it to the post office when they opened up in the AM b/c it was not addressed to you and you don't know who sent it....

I'd definitely be worried about this.

in the least, send a bogus email addressed to the previous user to make sure he's not getting his stuff forwarded.

Mail forwarding is a hit or miss type of thing... some stuff gets through and some stuff gets forwarded. I'd be worried about receiving 100s of $$$ of gear only for it to be forwarded to Joe Schmo.
