I just started my 4th prop/fina cycle....this cycle i want to still put on a few more pounds BUT try to cut-up a bit....should i just diet and stay away from the junk food or start doing cardio? Im afraid if i start doing cardio, im going to just burn up all the calories im trying to eat in a day. heres a pic....my main goal is to shred up those abs and lose the fat around my waist.
