Bro, whats congestive heart failure? Damn, now you have me worried. I have done a cycle in about a year. About to start another one next Monday.

When your heart has blood backed up in the lower left ventrical and blood and oxygen aren't gettin to the proper places. I had such a build up of fluid in my abdomen and legs! I was blowing blood vessels in my ankles because the edema was so severe. My blood pressure was through the roof! I was very close to having the big one.

All you Noobs need to take AAS very seriously. Start out with one compound!! Keep Anti E's on hand, drink lots of water and pay attention to your body!

Best advice ever ! Start slow, take your time, play safe. Read, read and read some more. Some of these questions only point out that you're not ready.
