question about low test levels

I just got blood test results back from doc. I originally went there for my adolescent gyno. Anyway, on a rangefornormal testosteronelevels in a 29 year old male being 241-827, mine came in at 203. I go and see him again next week on what he recommends. What Should I be concerned with like ant-estrogens, and how do I approach him about it. He thinks I have never juiced allthough he asked me when I took my shirt off if I have ever used testosterone, I said no because my insurance would screw me. All other tests were fine, just low test. What do doctors usually do for people in my situation. I originally went there for my gyno and now it might be from low test.would he go with hcg or test supplementation. I can do that myself, hehehe , but what do they normally prescribe, and is it good stuff?

Most doctors are totally ignorant to what low testosterone entails. Only thing I can say is, your best bet is to take clomid for a month or so to raise your test levels, with perhaps HCG at the start. This may very well solve your problem - without using HRT for life.

Normal TRT starts out at 5g for androgel OR 100mg for test cyp.
Everyone responds different, one guy my get supraphysical test levels on 5 g of androgel while another guys test score will barely budge.
You can go up to 10 g androgel or 300 mg (usually mid 200's) with the test cyp.\
Hcg is best the two days before next injection as this is later in the week when your test levels will be lagging and you start to get that burnt out feeling. Hcg is VERY strong and 350iu is more than enough while on TRT.
Anti-e's and hcg aren't started until you have normal test levels. Yours my friend is waaayyyy too low for someone your age.

Check out the thread i just posted in the andropause forum. It has a link a great forum on trt.

Feel free to PM me with any more questions.

Hope this helps!

Dude,

Go see a Endocrinologist or urologist. These guys specialize in this stuff. Also find a young guy, all the older doctors I I have gone to that have been 60+ all
seem to be very non understanding about hormone use. I would not start taking anything until I checked up with one of these guys.

I know my doctor for a while and although he is pretty uptight, I tell him everything and anything and hes mad cool about it. If you go to someone new and just come out with this, there first reaction might be , Ohh this guy wants to get test from me and shut you out.

Go see an endo or urologist and take it form there.
I had pretty low test levels first in the upper 200's and then the low 400's now im up in the mid 500's. Just from diet. Ive increased alot of red meat Saturated fats. Problem is Ive gained alot of fat 20+ % now. Stronger than ever but cardiovascular health is terrible.

Anyways my .02

It is an endocrinologist I saw. He is a fairly young guy, and my friend who is a pharmaceutical sales rep says he is a very smart DR. He and his father practice medicine. Supposedly the best in Indy. I just hope he sees that I probably have the gyno from the low levels of test and accurately prescribes the right meds.

Yah I second that, the guy specializes in this shit, you cant go wrong.

Im guessing insurance wont cover it though...

Slash, can you elaborate on the avatar? Like different poses of this chick. Nice. My test is low and I still want to see more shots of her!

Hmm,

If this is true, this would be awsome. What does the treatment fall under, what does the insurance get charged for? HRT? Is HRT covered?
