question about encrypted email

Quickly.......In a nut shell,why cant I send Hushmail encrypted to ZIPLIP for instance?

Yes, Ziplip to Ziplip acount is encrypted. Ziplip to Hush is not.
Hushmail, Elite and Cyber-rights share the same Hush Encryption engine. Thus you can send ancrypted emails between those 3.
