question about deca/test cycle

is 200mg of test-cyp and 400 mg of deca a good cycle? It is my first time doing AS so I dont know much but my buddy did the same cycle and got good results.Also how often do I take nolvadex and how much?

Dude this is not good...save the deca and do 500-600mg of test you will be much happier. 200mg test if WAY too low...waste of time. Just have some nolva on hand just incase you get sore nips...20-40mg day should eliminate.

Remember...TEST IS KING, especially on you first cycle.

if this is your first cycle, please post your information, age, weight, height
what do you wish to do? bulk? cut?

do not use deca for first cycle, do test only I would suggest 200mg 2x week
but do not know your stats.

also please be sure to have your pct on hand do not wait on that it is very important to have

I am 5'11" 187 lbs been working out for 4 years and have reached my peak as far as natural lifting goes. My bf is 15% and im looking to bulk up about 20 lbs and get alot stronger. Can I run a cycle that goes day 1-5 deca 400mg then 5-10 test 400 mg, deca 400mg.
