Question About Daily Protein Intake

Hi, this is my first time posting after reading the boards for a while.

Just recently within the past couple of months I have gotten back into weightlifting and had a question about daily protein intake.

Currently I am 6'0 and weigh about 210lbs. I am trying to shed some of my fat and replace it with muscle to get good definition. I have been pretty diligent at working out 6 times a week of mainly lifting. I am also on an atkins type diet with basically no carb intake.

My question is how much protein should I be aiming for a day? I currently take Zero Carb Isopure which is 50 grams per serving and was wondering how many shakes I should have a day? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!
 
I believe you should be taking 1.5-2 grams of protein for lb of bodyweight. Just calculate that and then eat accordingly. Add 2-3 shakes to help with the amount of protein needed.
