When i am calculating my daily calorie intake do i add drinks like soda/milk. Im starting a 3000 calorie diet to gain weight and im not really sure if thats just whole food or drinks included.

I'd count everything! There are a lot of sites and apps that are great to use for counting. It's time consuming at first as you enter in everything but easier once you get going.
