Question about coffee cream...

I am cutting right now. Following a carb cycling plan which is going great.
I have to be ready for photo shoots all through the month of November. I have about 5 % b/f to lose.
My question is...do you think that the 2 tbs of cream that I put into coffe in the a.m. will really affect my goals? It equals out to only 35 calories and it is only 1 cup in the morning with 2 tbs of cream.
Im thinking on no carb days it probably fu(ks up the point of no carbs but Im not sure if its enough to cause problems.

:p
Thanks!!!!

Well, since I started a comp. prep diet - all "extras" have been cut out. There's prolly "stuff" in it that your body doesn't really need to process at this point, so I'd drop it....

If you have a specific goal on a tight time line, its like a competition - you either do it or you don't. If you don't know how fast your body responds to whatever is your plan of attack, yes definitely get rid of the cream.

It might not hurt you but it won't be helping.

True to that! Thanks. Wahhhhhh but I guess its time to say good bye to my cream. Wahhhhh!

:lmao:

I hear ya girl!! I gave up my coffee completely cuz I couldn't have my cream.

If you're using it for the *boost* then get Cardio Breeze....

I read somewhere to use premixed vanilla protien drink for creamer....I don't know about taste.....I never tried it lol..but somedays anything to get my coffee

If you're priority is cutting carbs only and you were to switch to whipping cream (higher fat) you'd only be taking in 0.8 gm carbs in 2 tablespoons BUUUUUTTTT 104 total calories so ouch there.

I used to do Atkins.

Actually this creamer has no carbs. BUt I dont wanna risk it. Hmmm. the vanilla protein idea actually sounds pretty yummy!

Does it have any sugars or sodium?? Other stuff??

Let me know how the vanilla protein turns out - I'm curious...

Well, I threw away the creamer so I would not use it. Im sure if it doesnt have carbs it must have some sugar. BUt I cant say for sure now. Ill have to check it out next time I go to Trader JOes.
The other day I tried putting some vanilla protein shake into my coffee but stupid me had just sued the spoon to take flax oil then stirred my coffee with it so the oil spots on the top of the coffee cup didnt turn my on much and I threw it away. Im trying to stick with teas right now.
