I am just capping some DNP and I am using some old neurogenex caps that I didn't use and just emptying them out and putting the DNP in, the DNP is changing color slightly from the bag to about 5-10 minutes after being inside the cap, is this normal?

yes...I'm not a science geek but I think it is a form of oxidation..be very careful..it will stain what ever it touches and the stains are permanent..including your skin.
