Question about Calories burned with Basal, Lifestyle, etc.

My account at Fitday.com says with the 4 main exercises I did today that I burned
Calories Burned Today
source cals % total
Total: 4495
Basal: 2371 53%
Lifestyle: 1437 32%
Activities: 686 15%

So this means I burned at least 4400 Calories? Then do I subtract what my daily caloric intake is , which is 2000 Calories. So I am burning 2400 Calories a day on my workout days? My off days would be around 2200 according to these calculations. You kind of get what I am saying?

So basically I am burning 2200-2400 Calories aday?

I would like a little better explanation on this. Thanks,
 
That program must be screwed up. If you were burning 2000 cals/day you would be losing 4 lbs a week ( 3500 kcal/lb).
 
Not really when you consider I am 5'10 and weight 246....... I mean, thats what it says. I dont know. I am doing my 2000 calorie diet and it is easy for me........ I eat 5-6 Small meals each day. And its working great...........

My meals are like this
Morning- Protein Shake, Apple Sauce and Slice of Bread

3 Hours later(after cardio and or workout and rest) I have another protein shake

For lunch at 12 I have a Tuna sandwich made of a whole can of tuna.

Same as above at 230

5:30 I have Rice with Chicken and Vegatables

9:00- Plate of Spaghetti plain with fat free cheese.....

Equals to be around 2000 Cals.
