Its been a on/off problem for about 3-4 months now and ive posted it on here before.Lower back pain that doesnt shoot down my legs or anything just across my lumbar area. Been to the doctors about 10 times in 4 months (all doped up and I hate it) MRI shown nothing and the doctor said its muscle related but I don't know what I am doing wrong to prevent this from hurting it seems like 2-3 days after working out I will be in pain, which makes it hard to workout 6 days a week like before. I also wonder if it could be water intake? I don't drink water NEARLY as much as I should even though I am always thirsty and pissing.
It seems like if I stretch my pain goes away some what. The pain isnt a 10 on a 1-10 scale (lol) Id say its usually a 5-6..
I am itching to do this test prop/npp cycle ,
could the npp possibly help ?
