question about adding sust to my cycle

going to be starting week #6 of my cycle...every day 50mg winny....week 1-6 deca 1 and 2 200mg, week 3 and 4 400 mg and week 5 and 6 300 mg....i was going to end that there and then just continue winny by itself for another 4 weeks...10 weeks total (of course i have clomid for after my cycle and am looking at maybe a shot of hcg)....i didn't want to put on a ton of weight, and have been happy with my results thus far...have hardened up considerably and my strength is awesome right now.

i started off weighing 190, 6'1...body fat about 9 %...i now weigh about 197...a little bloat over the past week...but nothing crazy...my diet has been very clean

heres my question....i have the chance to add some sust to this now, i was thinking 3 weeks, maybe 250-300 mg a week...nothing too extensive or crazy....do you think this is a good idea??...what can i expect in terms of gains or side effects...haven't done too much research on sust

Sust for three weeks and at that amount will do virtually nothing for you. Don't bother IMO. As stated above, sust takes a while to kick in.
 
i am starting week 6 right now..if i do 300mg for week 6,7,8..then continue winny up to week 10, then would it be a good idea to add the sust?

so it would look like this:

weeks 1-6 deca

weeks 6-9 sust

weeks 3-10 winny

then clomid?

what can i expect from adding the sust at 300mg??
