B badgermilk New member Jun 14, 2002 #8 As I stated before... I'm taking 400+ gm of protein a day now and sleeping good, training hard. Got the 160lb dumbbells for 5 the other day. I'd say I'm training hard. I'm eating at least 8-9 meals a day with 50+ gm of protein per meal.
