After reading quadsweeps comments I am posting my cycle for comment. This is my first cycle, so please, your comments are valued greatly. Please blast me if I am taking too much. I've already started but here are my pre-cycle stats: 36years old 5'9", 181, 7.1%bf (Jackson 7 point test), work-out 5 days per week for last 3 years, what I consider to be hard workouts. Eat a high protein diet consuming 300 to 350 grams per day.

Week 1: Sus 750mg, d-bol 30mg day, deca 400mg
Week 2: Sus 500mg, d-bol 30mg day, deca 400mg
Week 3: Same as week 2
Week 4: Same as week 2
Week 5: Sus 500mg, deca 400mg
Week 6: Same as week 5
Week 7: Same as week 5
Week 8: Same as week 5
Week 9: Nothing
Week 10: HCG 5000 I/U, end of week
Week 11: HCG 5000 I/U, end of week
Week 12: Primo 200mg, winstrol 100mg, fina 225mg
Week 13: Primo 200mg, winstrol 150mg, fina 300mg
Week 14: Primo 300mg, winstrol 150mg, fina 225mg
Week 15: Primo 300mg, winstrol 150mg, fina 300mg
Week 16: Primo 200mg, winstrol 100mg, fina 225mg
Week 17: Primo 100mg, winstrol 50 mg, fina 300mg
Week 18: Nothing
Week 19: HCG 5000 I/U, end of week
Week 20: HCG 5000 I/U, end of week

Clomid 50mg each day of cycle and 100mg per day during resting and HCG periods. I have nolvadex on hand.

Cut your dose in half except the d-bol. Drop that to 20mg. You are already front loaded so that will be in there for awhile at a pretty high dose. keep this dose at 250mg sust, 200mg deca, 20mg d-bol EDfor the next 5 weeks. You will grow (I did 250mg a week of sust my first time and gained 27#!) I would not run clomid during cycle. 100mg a day for 2 weeks after hcg and 50mg for 2 weeks then go off completly for 6-8 weeks. that is all for now Figure out what you will have left. ( i won't do everything for you! ) and email me that [email protected] and I will put your next one together for you.

WTF!!! Man that's alot to put together. I find sust. is great for a first cycle, even alone at 250mg/week you will see great gains. Quadsweep would you recommend a primo(depot)/var cycle as a cutting cycle? What about Primo on its own? What could you achieve from it?

When you say "cutting cycle" Do you mean contest or just leaning out for the beach, summer that kind of thing?

If it is just to get lean I would say cool and expensive (the Var!) If it is for a contest I would want a non-aromatizing androgen like Fina or halo. That is what gives you that hard grainy look on stage.

I have not used Fina itself but I have used Parabolan (it was real or should I say unreal!) Made me stong and as hard as nails. As far as hair lossI have been lucky. I can do anything and so far nothing bad. I think that is genetics. there should not be water retention at all. that is the point of a non- aromatizing drug. I like the para because it was only 2 times a week!
