Yes I too do a decending load on my carbs. If I am flat I will even eat a whopper (single) to bump it up on thurs or even friday if I need it. Just one though....thats the hard part! Yeah i also do not use diuretics much....4 years I think as the carbs pull the water from under my skin into the muscle especially when I potassium load with one potassiom gluc. tab every hour starting on wed. I like the IV lasix for its predictibility.

Exactly, very predictible, over and done within 30 min. If you pull too much and look flat, there is time to make adjustments. With oral/pill diuretics, there onset and half-life are too long to make necessary adjustments.

THis is a good thread for several reasons. Quad is a freak, and is about as motivating as one could be. Another is the whole talk of diruetics and IV's and shit... Helps me remember I am not you, and can't be you, and that a LOT of these drugs are just for you, and the rest of the folks trying to pay a bill w/ their physique. Good to remember when I do a search on DNP (sitting at my pc at at least 15%) so I can lean out for summer.... The dedication you have to your craft is insane. I half hazardly poke hoping for a Snatch PR or to see a new vein.... I need to keep all this in mind when I start thinking about these 4+ compound cycles I ponder....

Thanks man. Yeah I actually consider IV lasix the safest diuretic! Another thing....I would never ever do DNP......see its a matter of perspective. I hope to kill IT and not ME!
