My fave as well. Hit a nerve the other day beleive it or not in my L quad. Made my whole leg twitch but I just kept my leg relaxed and no probs - bruised nicely.

Just because you see some veins doesn't mean you see all of them. And yes, nerves are closer to the surface on a leg than the butt.

oh they do inj the thigh. just ask my lil guy. poor kid got every one of his shots in his thighs untill his last 2. they even do 2 shots in the same spot.

You know what - I thought it was BS but its not. When you say something is good and have no probs bad shit will happen. Just a bout a half hour ago I pinned my R quad, pin felt a bit odd going in but no pain. Aspirated and no blood but when I pulled a good 50cc's of blood came gushing out of my leg - the really dark good blood.

Made me feel all tingly all over.

i like my left quad but there is something about the right one always get pain on inj

the upper rectus femoris is my fav

the vastus lateralis is good as well but a little more painful afterwards
