Quad injections...

My cycle starts monday
week 1-16 test prop 100 mg ed
week 4-14 winstrol 50 mg orally/ 300 mg week
However, I want to rotate injection sites and have used glutes and delts in the past and am considering adding quads to the list, however, they just seem so painful, does anyone recommend adding quads to list or just staying with delts and glutes? Feedback is duly appreciated for this newbie!

That is a long time for winny and prop, also, thats over 100 proop shots, whats ur cycle history look like?
 
I do quad injections most of the time. I use 25g 7/8 pins and have no probs. You can hit nerves from time to time but I have found that if I shoot in the upper half of the quad I usually have no probs. Go slow when inserting the pin.

Quads are the best. Inject just above halfway between your knee and hip on the outside of your quad. If your leg was this happy face :) you would inject right where the eyes are - do not inject on the inner thigh.

Look for the spot in this area that has the most muscle, inject, aspirate - gtg.

They are by far the easiest spot. with a 23g they do not hurt. sit on the can after a nice hot shower and stick it. add them to your list. middle outer thigh.
 
Quads are my new favorite, glutes are getting harder to reach and feel steady with... ive never once hit a nerve or a vein shooting quads, the only thing thats a pain is the next 2 days my whole quad is sore. Dont mind it too much though, so imo...stay up and outside and you will be fine.

Thanks, looks like this is a no brainer to add quads to the rotation!
