i like to pyramid heavy ass weights... sets of 5's 4's 3's 2's and 1's...
i'll start with 5's and work up to whatever my body feels like for the day, maybey a tripple or single, and usualy i'll back off a bit and finish with a 5... i just go by how i feel... but i do 99% of my lifting with heavy weight, even the small ammount of isolation work that i do...
