Alright well i just got off 5x5's for bench press, and i want to go with pyramids. What should i be working with in regards to my 1RM?
I figured i'd do a warmup set of 15 very slow... then do a 8x6x4x2 pyramid, question is, how much weight should i work with?
 
Why go slow on warmups? Should just be to get the blood pumping to that area mostly. 8-6-4-2 then I'd say 70-80-90-95% But that depends on your rest time I guess cuz if you can do 2 with 95% after all that then what you think is 95% may not be 95%.
