For bench press and deadlift, weeks 1 to 6 were calculated using a projected raw 1-RM (i.e. no supportive bench shirt or deadlift suit). Weeks 7 to 9 were calculated using a projected 1-RM competition lift that included full gear, a supportive bench shirt or deadlift suit

On that particular training cycle in weeks 7 to 9, Bigguns15 is pretty much required to wear supportive gear. On the earlier weeks, she has the option to put on a suit or shirt and up the weight just a tad for another working set. The only requirement for these sets is that the weight lifted is less than the assigned weight from weeks 7 to 9 and progresses from light to heavy over the course of adding the supportive gear.

In her most recent training cycle which began this week, she will spend a little more time in supportive gear than she has in the past. Her form is slowly changing for the better so a little more practice will be needed. Feel free to shoot me some more questions if you have any.
