PWO question

What is your creatine in. A flavored mix? By itself?
When I used to drink Cell-Tech, which has like 70 grams of dextrose I would add whey to it. Grape cell-tech and vanilla whey. F%*king gross. But the dextrose should give you an insulin spike, which will help shuttle nutrients to starving muscles. Glucose, protein, and creatine. That is ideal. After I ran out of Cell-tech I bought creatine by itself, and got some maltodextrin(flavorless) and add them to my whey, PW. Same effect, so much better taste. Thats what I've done for the past few years. Live and learn.

Phase one:

Immediately.

A combination of 50% of your carbs coming from Dextrose and 50 % of your carbs coming from Maltodextrin with the proper grams of hydrolyzed whey protein, along with the appropriate amount of water and sodium.

Shake or blend all the ingredients well.

Dish out and consume you creatine. Do not mix the creatine directly into the shake. Simply spoon it into your mouth and drink it down with your shake. Consume one half of the shake in this manner, directly following your workout. Allow this solution to settle in your stomach for approximately 10-15 minutes.


Is he serious???...that's f'n gross.......But i guess I'll try any thin once.....thanx dude!
 
I don't know about putting creatine straight into your mouth. I wouldn't do it. I guess I'm not hardcore. My mix of Malto, Whey, and Creatine works great for me. I notice strength gains AND many more reps during my workout. Also dextrose though slightly faster digesting, is too sweet for me, I can tailor my shakes to any flavor I want, AND I like them. So it works for me.
