What is your creatine in. A flavored mix? By itself?
When I used to drink Cell-Tech, which has like 70 grams of dextrose I would add whey to it. Grape cell-tech and vanilla whey. F%*king gross. But the dextrose should give you an insulin spike, which will help shuttle nutrients to starving muscles. Glucose, protein, and creatine. That is ideal. After I ran out of Cell-tech I bought creatine by itself, and got some maltodextrin(flavorless) and add them to my whey, PW. Same effect, so much better taste. Thats what I've done for the past few years. Live and learn.
