P'wnt! Even when getting executed!

fuck I wished he could have suffered moar!

:coffee:

A four-time felon, Lockett, 38, was convicted of shooting 19-year-old Stephanie Neiman with a sawed-off shotgun and watching as two accomplices buried her alive in rural Kay County in 1999 after Neiman and a friend arrived at a home the men were robbing.

Burberry just kicked the living fuck out of my wallet

I'm gonna go on record here stating that I absolutely love capital punishment & I don't believe murderers, rapist, child molesters can be rehabilitated, nor should anybody even try.

I love reading articles like this. It puts a huge smile on my face knowing that a piece of less than human shit suffered before death.

Here's another online tidbit: "Prior to the murder, Lockett was a four-time convicted felon."

We need to go find the judges that gave him light sentences so he was even on the street. Although he needed to die, those judges need to go do a portion of his time in jail as well.

Aren't there states with 3 strikes still?

I thought so.

What always upsets me is when we hear about some heinous crime, and then the reporter says something like: "But XYZ is no stranger to clashes with law enforcement. He was convicted of manslaughter in 2008, armed robbery in 2010, kidnapping and aggravated assault in 2012 and once again for burglary in 2013."

It makes me think: Who the fuck lets these guys out in the first place? Shouldn't they take some responsibility for the latest crime?

We have 3 strikes in CA. Of course, we also turn criminals loose early without a parole or appeals hearing, due to overcrowding in our prison system.

What always upsets me is when I've timed the X,wine and Viagra just right but I get nothing...and then the missus rolls her eyes and says she's goin to bed. Then tells me to fire up the computer if it kicks in later. So annoying. You just can't get good consistent X anymore these days. :coffee:

Saying an execution was botched because the inmate died the wrong way is like saying a hunting trip was botched because you shot a deer in the wrong place and it died anyway.

I would be in agreement with you. My only hesitation to treating executions like lab experiments is the number of people every year who have been either in prison and/or on death row for decades...all of a sudden get told oh so sorry, we fucked up. No hard feelings? It's scary how many people innocent people got put in prison for life sentences that did absolutely shit. In clear cut cases though my sympathies are strained as well....the dude's victim probably suffered as well when he killed em, why should his death be painless?

no systems perfect but its the best we got

If theres indisputable eveidence in addition to the conviction, knock their asses in the dirt. If the conviction was based on strictly witness testimony, such as just one person pointing them out, then we're gonna need a little more proof for death than that. If its an old case dig up some DNA or something concrete
