Indeed.

The thread was ended by this web link

Emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities are changing the atmosphere in ways that affect the Earth's climate. Greenhouse gases include carbon dioxide as well as methane, nitrous oxide and other gases. They are emitted from fossil fuel combustion and a range of industrial and agricultural processes.

The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth’s physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now.

Because the complexity of the climate makes accurate prediction difficult, the APS urges an enhanced effort to understand the effects of human activity on the Earth’s climate, and to provide the technological options for meeting the climate challenge in the near and longer terms. The APS also urges governments, universities, national laboratories and its membership to support policies and actions that will reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.

WHich clearly states global warming is a man made phenomenon...

So that statement doesn't strike you as a little non-committal???....

LOL @ the republicans

There's nothing non committal about the opening sentance

Its funny how you don't critically analyze what's obviously a carefully-worded statement. Try substituting "cow flatulence" into that cut-and-paste you just did. The statement is still true, isn't it?

So I ask you, what are we going to do about all those cows?

The only reason for your "critical analysis" is the fact that your opinion was just bitch slapped by science LOLOLOL

Face it you're wrong

Ok, take off your liberal hat for just a second -- I promise you can put it right back on in a second. It will still be there, I assure you.

Now try to read that statement critically. Remember that these guys write for a living. Now combine that with the fact that if there isn't anything there, they don't get grants and other sources of funding. C'mon -- it will be fun. Just try it once, then you can go back to being ultra-liberal.

Hey I know... imagine that statement came from the White House Press Secretary. Now break it down like you normally would.

And no, I critically analyze both liberal and conservative things. Both sides are full of shit and use double-speak. Someday you'll realize that too.

Cmon guys . When I'm wrong I admit it
On this one it's clear that the statement reads human activities ie burning of fossil fuels is causing climate change. Other interpretations of that statement are due to opinions which were just dis proven

As the title of this thread states
