Thats some nice strength there... probably turns out to be about 350+ lbs of weight that you are lifting

Could you do it? I can do pushups but can't do bench right now due to this shoulder injury. Pushups are great anyway, sometimes they have increased my strength when I was forced to lay off the bench for a while. I first did them tonight with a 45 pound plate on my back but it's much too light. I finally talked a guy into getting on my back after doing several light sets with the 45 pd. plate with pressure being applied, I was lifting the guy off the ground. Did 7 reps with the 200+ pound guy on my back after already being fatigued. Not too shabby I think.

I heard you were doing push-ups *ON* a 200 pound man's backsides.

No, unfortunately I'm not gay. Sometimes I wish that I were. I think men would make better partners.

Yeah. I wonder what it would be comparable to? My 195 and his 210 is 405. I did 425 on decline back in December I think. I love the feel of the pushup movement with that kind of overload. It really hits hard at the top 1/3 of the movement. I just wonder why it doesn't hurt the shoulder as the bench does?

Damn biteme, you are one strong mother fucker, I wish that I could be like that. Well, you know, not everyone has that ability. What can I say?

The guy on top of you would have to be doing a handstand on your rear delts for the entire 210 pounds to be lifted like a bench press.

truism,
