I've been watching tec do his push presses every week, and they always looked fun, so i gave them a try today..
Old PR was 135 x 5.... and that was like 2 months ago, and i havent done em since.
Started off with 95 lbs for 6
than 115 x 3
135 x 3
150 x5
Big PR for me.. i think im gonna keep doing these.. mayb they will help my bench or something
