Purple Hull Peas?

These things are filled with Carbs and protiens:
21g carbs p/s
7 g protien p/s
1 g fat p/s

There is 3.5 servings per can too.

So, this seems like a top notch vegitable of choice. Could I be wrong?
 
if I want carbs they wont be coming from veggies

They are good. Basically like a black-eyed pea. I usually eat those or, black-eyed peas, crowder peas, chick peas, black beans, or red beans every day. Pintoca's right, you have to complete those proteins, and that's easy. Just eat those peas with a complete protein, like beef, chicken, fish, or dairy, or eat them with a whole grain protein or different plant protein.
