I've been using it for about a year now and trust me, very noticable strength/size gains. I still remember the first time I tried Bulk CEE Powder, within the 1st 2 weeks, I can definitely see some good gains in strength and size. It's worth it, pick some up!!! Go with about 5 grams a day (2 1/2 g pre and 2 1/2 g post).
