Pure CEE question

I here it gives great pumps but does anybody have any idea on what kind of size and strength gains can be made on the Pure CEE from the AF store?

Thats kind of a subjective question...Each individual will be able accomplish different things, different doses, different diet, different training....so its real hard to say specifically, all I know is PureCEE helps get me through my workouts and helps me not feel incredibly sore and tired. Its good stuff, do yourself a favor and pick some up.

I too believe it is an individual thing, but I will tell you that I definitely noticed HUGE pumps on it and my strength has gone up a considerable amount as well. I highly recommend giving it a try.
