I have not made any purchases as of yet... Doing a simple test C for 12 weeks with phytoserms 347,Unleashed and HCGenerate. Will these products hold a long shelf life? The reason I ask is I have reached 17% body fat pretty fast and for see that at my current pace of tearing up body fat I could reach 10% in a 2 month span! HOWEVER... I AM LOSING WEIGHT! lost 7 lbs in the last 14 days on a 4200 cal diet! stevesmi said I would have a hard time gaining and losing BF and he seems to be correct, (Good call bro). I wanted to be around 190 lbs at 6' 0" b4 a cycle, I have hit the 183 lbs mark as I type. SO... I don't want my weight to disappear and will have to focus on gaining mass after ripping up BF and don't want my money to go to waste if the shelf life is short on these products.
Second thought is this: I am doing a 4 times a week workout and my 5th day doing wind sprints (running) that focus' on keeping my metabolism active to burn BF (working to well i think LMAO!) Once I reach my goal on BF, I seen a workout SteveMi posted it is as follows:
"workout A: pushing exercises.. bench, military, tricep work. anything where you are pushing. do 15 sets
workout B: pulling exercises.. rows, pull downs, curls, anything where you are pulling 12 sets
workout C: legs.. squats, deads, quad work, calf work.. anything where you are working ur legs 15 sets
alternate those workouts. like do workout A on monday, workout B on wednesday, workout C on friday.. rinse, repeat. go EOD. mix and match.. like don't do the same workout over and over. BUT always start off with the big muscle groups.. like on leg day start out with squat or deads, or on pushing day start out with the bench press. do different machines, keep things fun. it will really pay off to have this type of workout in place before you go on a cycle.." I am hoping that I could retain some weight that I lost doing this workout for 8 weeks prior to a cycle... now I am looking at a shelf life that could be 4 months! AM I good to start to purchase now? I NEED to have everything on hand b4 hand just want some input. Thanx board.
