225 2 reps ( slow )
315 5 reps
375 5 reps
315 10 reps
225 15 rep box squats
Leg ext/ dumbell lunge super set:
3 45's ext 10 reps - 60 lb dbl lunges
4 45's " " - 70 lb dbl lunges
2 45's 1 leg ext 10 reps - 50 lb dbl lunge
Stiff legged deads( straight back )
3 sets 135 as far as I could go.
35 min, little rest. Torched the legs. Its all good.
