Pumps in my back and legs

Howdy folks
I posted a couple of weeks ago about beastdrol, I'm happy to report I've gained I think about 12lbs lean mass and I'm now on pct and I've not lost any weight so far.
I've been getting seriously bad pumps in my lower back and front outer muscle on my calves. Extremely painful! Is this a normal side? Also been gettin this on the side outer muscle on my forearm on arm day

Ive always had bad back pumps on beast and other sd clones. Bring your water intake up to over a gallon a day this will help. 5g of taurine ED will also get the trick done. I'd also advise running some n2guard during your pct hope you ran it while on! As well.

yes that^^

I get the worst front calf cramps from the diesel i'm on, i've kicked up my water intake though and it's helping a lot.

No, I've not been running n2 guard been using nolvadex and now using novadex xt also. Seems to be doing the job, strength gains and weight gains remain

shin pumps are common with me on orals, thats why anyone who is an endurance athlete they should think twice about messing with it. its the blood rushing into the muscle. never had the back pumps though and from what i've read don't want to have them.

causes? well from my research its the increase in red blood cell count, thats the wonderful thing that helps you recover.

also keep in mind this isn't shin SPLINTS, its PUMPS. people get them confused. shin splints is something totally different and is much more serious. the pumps are a nuisance but are not something that can become acute. the pumps will go away when you stop the AAS use. shin splints can linger for a long time and you can cause more damage running on them.
