I've ended my second week cycle and the pumps are INCREDIBLE. So incredible that they ruin my workouts ! I mean pumps that are usually coming from auxilary muscles e.g.
- Decided to cut sets of Lat pull-down due to Biceps pain (I was going strict form like always, yet even the slightest stimu will make my bis scream like hell)
- Extreme erectors spinae pain (pump) from shrugs. Couldn't finish the last set from the pain.
And so on.
Pumps are nice sometimes. But in my case, I feel my lats and traps were not exhausted cause bis and lower back pumps made me stop.
