I have to work tomorrow night so probably around 4pm and I will be getting up at maybe 11am so a 5 hour difference. Normally it would be about a 10 hour difference.

Hmmmm well just have enough coffee to get you up ( sip on it slowly)

Then use Full Pump3d dose 45 min before lifting

Have it with a very small fatty meal like 2 sunny side up Eggs / 1 piece of toast.

20 oz H20 too

want to try the pump3d
It is hard for me to eat sometimehis ss but i make myself i dont want to loose weight or mess up my eating i do not drink any coffee at all or any caffine unless I have a coke once a month
