Pulled over. Take this advice.

I got pulled over the other day for driving a few miles over the speed limit. The cop says, "do you have any drugs or weapons on you?" I ask him if he asks everyone he pulls over that question or just hairy bikers. He does not find this amusing but I don't care, I'm still being civilized. He says,"If you have anything on you just give it to me now and I'll forget about it." I tell him if he has some tickets to issue go right ahead and I'd see him in court. Here in lies the moral to the thread, do not think that under any circumstances that you are helping yourself by answering uneccesary questions or turning over illegal contraband or consenting to a search. You are fucking yourself. Don't believe me ask any lawyer or anyone doing a short bid for being so helpful.

Uhh... yeah... no shit. Being "helpful" to the police is a NO win situation for you... it won't get you a lighter sentence... and will only fuck you in the end... that is, for a routine traffic stop... I can't make that blanket statement For ALL situations... although, I'd always keep my mouth shut!

Yes you can, however if you say no and you posses drugs, and during a search(ie. they get a dog to turn on) they find them then you get an extra charge of hindering apprehension or providing false information to a LEO. Say nothing.

man aint that the truth... even if you think the cop has you dead to rights... even if you are holding a 5g crack rock and an ak47... if he asks you if they are yours SAY NO. NEVER ADMIT ANYTHING.

I was busted once... i thought i was fucked so i admitted everything. Then, there whole goddamn case fell apart EXCEPT for my confession. It took another year to get the case dropped just because of that...

Also when a cop pulls you over pull far on the right sid of the road like in the grass so he won't be out in the street. And then when he comes up ask him if you are pulled over enough to get him out of the way of traffic. Be nice and curteous and ask for a warning and I bet you get one.

And maybe you will get a good laugh when his cruiser gets stuck..
I had my 4x4 pulled over and I purposly chose a suger sand spot to pull into.
The Cop was not smart enough to leave a wheel on the pavement and
ended up sinking in as I pulled away after the ticket.

And then when he thinks you're a nice guy and he leasts expects it you pull him into your car, beat him up, steal his uniform and then drive off in his police car like nothing ever happened and BAM you're off the hook!
