Puffy nipples that shrink after shower

I've read a fair few posts that say they think they have gyno but when they get out of shower or they're cold the nipple is flat and the way the it's meant to look ... Is it safe to say it's NOT gyno but just fat under the nipple???????

If so then this could put a lot of people at ease

If you have gyno you will feel a rubbery mass when u squeeze around your nipple. If you can't feel that but still have puffy nipples, it's most likely prolactin build up or water. If you're relatively high in bodyfat then most likely you have chest fat in that area.

Yeh but with a higher bodyfat you won't be able to tell the difference between fat and early stages of gyno ? But getting out of the shower would be a clear indicator ...as in if your nipples are rock solid while cold and no lump ...then it's just bodyfat not gyno yeah ? The gyno lump will be there no matter what ... Just seeing if I'm on the right track for a bit of relief to those questioning ?

Lots of people can have loose nipples that shrink when stimulated from cold temperatures, the thin muscle under the nipple is stimulated from pushing it/lifting weights, etc.

THIS IS NOT GYNO.

Gynecomastia is exhibited by a lump made of ductile tissue directly under the nipple. You can easily feel it by pinching your nipple if you have it.

Exactly what I mean , so for all those people thinking they have gyno and saying that when cold , in shower , stimulated etc etc the nipple is perfectly fine / no lump ..... Do not take letro ... Just lose weight ... Take letro only when it's painful and if a lump appears (which will be seen after showers / or in cold)
