That the woman was pregnant was a reasonable conclusion. The female was thick with very swollen breasts. He was asking, "What should he do?" ... the cartoon wasn't specific what question that was regarding. I mean, why would a man beat a woman for NO REASON?!? So he, "Listened to his heart and beat the shit out of her."
