The gig is up for Boise State. No more flying under the radar, at #3 they have a huge target on their back and VT has had plenty of time to prepare for their shenanigans. No blue field either, they're fucked!

they beat tcu on a neutral field in the bowl last year.. they got the WHOLE team back basically

vt has to replace their whole front 7 (dl and linebackers)..

if vt wins and shuts down boise.. bud foster is the best d cordinator in college football period

What about their other 3 losses against BCS opponents away?

VT's weak spot is their D at this point but they have had great defenses over the last several years, and they know how to rebuild.

Boise State, on the other hand, hasn't fared so well against defending against the run and VT has a couple of great rushers. Though Boise State's offense is explosive and they have typically outdone their weakness in defending against the run.

As for playing away from home, Boise State is no stranger to winning away, even at tough places.

Tough one to call. I could see it going either way...

this isnt a pure away game btw.. it is not on v.t's home field

I wasn't aware they only began playing football last year. :rolleyes:

not on VTs home field, but close enough and Boise is still playing away (much farther away than VT).

Beating TCU and Oregon last year was impressive. Tonight's win doesn't do anything for me though, they had VT done and couldn't put the nail in the coffin and ended up almost losing.

vt is really good bro.. they gonna win the acc imo.. they have a sick offense

ill admit the game could have went either way..but after blowing that lead with terrible play.. they showed heart and came back fair and square and won.. got to admire the heart
