Also, be sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking psyllium as it absorbs fluids.
It's a good thing bro. Tough it out for a few weeks and it should be gravy from there. I'd also strongly recommend taking the Acidophilus/Bifidus too. At least get a quantity of 2-4 billion organisms.
