i mix in bi's, shoulders and traps whereever i can.


i go with:

1- chest/tris

2- back/Bi's

3- Legs ( from glutes, down to Calves)

4- Shoulders and Delts

Core once a week, usually on chest day
 
Chest and back. I can work them both hard as they have lil to do with each other.

Shoulders, bis, (short rest) tris. I like to do arms on separate day that back and chest b/c theyre worn out by those exercises and I get a better workout on a different day.

Legs and calves

Abs several times a week when I feel like before I actually start lifting.

Definetly depends on bone structure and how you carry your muscle.

I'm 6ft and 180/lean and have tiny joints and big muscles, most people think I weigh 200lb or better.
 
well actually if u were 220 and all muscle--you'd be freakish huge. I dont really think u need to be that big, depending on ur goal. Your talking bb proportions there. Fuck, 200 and low bf would be big. Of course I have a lot of room to talk, last spring I was 5'9" and 265. Mostly fat, but I was a strong sob.
