well i found this as i was looking around....seems kinda scary....think i might try it out....i like stuff that scares the shit outta me....and this does.... just the fact of the % of 1rm to use to workout is making me laugh lol..but i just wanted to see what you guys thought before i changed my routine....Imput?

dunno, to me it would be pointless doing dropsets and pre-exhaustion like that

if anyone in the gym tried that 'motivational' shit on me during a set I'd break the twist-guy's broomstick over their asses :)

Someone screaming has never motivated me. As for the workout, it's not for me either. It seems like you're asking for an injury with that program. IMO.

i have never found preexhaution useful all it does is take away from the lift that im really trying to concentrate on. i also prefer to end my exercises with the heaviest weight i used - not strip it down lighter. kind of a muscle memory thing for me.

Screaming is definately a way for someone to get on my immediate bad side, and directly in the line of my rage, especially during heavy lifting. Ive gone wild on people for much more subtle things then that in the gym. Aside from that, its not the way I would train. I like to lift maximal weights for each set, most of the time. Ill warm-up, but I dont purposely try to pre-exhaust myself on compound lifts, especially, because Im looking to increase and set PR's each time I step in the gym. Aside from that, this PSYCO training would be a joke for me. Training to complete exhaustion and beyond is nothing new for me, and this method wouldnt even do that for me personally . Nothing wrong with trying new routines though. This one definately wouldnt be a choice of mine. Id go with higher intensity and higher volume.
