pseudo-gyno?

Hi,

I am 20 years old with a bit of chest fat. I've lost some weight but it seems really hard to shove. I had a blood test recently the results were normal, and I don't have any hard lumps, so is this just pseudo-gyno? If it is, are there any transdermals or other supplements that you recommend I add (EG. letro, i dunno) to my healthy diet and exercise regime?

Thanks

What is your body fat percentage would you estimate ? Alot of the time
Chest and abdominal fat are the last to leave , and this may very well be the case with you. Hard to say without pictures or an accurate judgement of the level of fitness you are currently at.. Formastanzol would be a good place to start from mr supps, I wouldn't go for Leto its very harsh and should be a last resort.. until you drop more fat and try something like forma. At 20 years old I'd recommend you post up your diet and training protocol here and see if we
Can help push you further in your path naturally before attempting any thing else.

Hi,

I am at a good level of fitness, I play a lot of football (or soccer to guys in the US) and I am roughly 13% bf. I have formasurge and eviscerate smolder too. Also, I don't know if this helps, but when I stretch back m arms, my chest is flat and you can see my ribs through them, does that mean anything?

Diet-wise, I eat well, I think. No unecessary processed food or even grains, I avoid all estrogenic substances that are in certain foods. I eat a lot of greens with plenty of proteins, such as chicken, turkey, mackerel etc.

Training, I use a suspension kit which I use for strength building 3 days a week, and do HIIT form training 4 or more times a week. No long steady state cardio. I was doing it consistently for 5-6 weeks and I saw a drop in fat, but then I tailed off, and have started back up properly (as in very strict) this week

cheers for your help!

also, I know letro is a last resort, but if you dont have gyno in the first place will it not cause gyno rebound?
