Ps2 Games

hey guys i just got a playstation 2 and was wondering if you can give me some advice. What games are worth the money.... i'm going to buy 1 or 2 before i figure out how to copy the games.. hehe ....

I'm intrested in sports games... hockey, bball....

and role playing games.. like metal gear solid.. cant wait til the 2nd one comes out this November!!!

If you are into street racing and realastic cars go for grand turismo 3. hands down the best racing game ever. Don't buy any of the football or basketball games that have come out. they all suck so far, especially if you like realistic games. as for hockey nhl 2001 is a decent game i think, im not really into hockey but every1 that is loved it.

like flickenu said granturismo 3 is great also check out onimusha warlords and when metal gear solid 2 comes out its gonna be one of the best games ever

oh yes! i've played gran turismo 3 a couple of times and it's just ammazing! i'm getting my PS2 in two weeks and i'm also buying GT3 and the GT force wheel at the same time.. sweet! i just have to put my alarm clock to ring every 2 1/2 hours, so i don't forget to eat.. lol.

also DINO CRISIS 3 will be worth getting, when they release it later this year for PS2. dino crisis 2 kicked ass! for those who doesn't know, it's from the same maker that the resident evil series - capcom.

if you're into formula racing, then formula 1 2001 is a good choice. but i guess indy is more popular in the states?

i just played nba street. it's fun if you like the nba jam type games.

I haven't even played anything on the PS2 yet but the sports games look pretty sweet. NBA Street and the usual EA Sports lineups look like solid titles.

i didnt know that they were making a 3rd one i have only played the 1 st one and that one was great.... i can only imagine that a dino crisis for psx 2 gotta be something else

Hands down Twisted Metal: Black. This game is the reason I want to get a PS2. I'm also interested in NBA Street.
