And here it is...new PR's this week

Standing Overhead Press 210 this seems to be going good and steady

Close Grip Bench 245 same here, no complaints, everything is going good

ATF Squats 315 Never went with more than 275 with ATF, so this seems reasonable...i remember maxing out on regular squats last december with 325 though..damn ATF are alot harder :)

Box Squats 375-390

Flat Bench 280 now THIS im still very dissapointed with. I hit 275 at the beginning of June...so 5lbs in about 6 months..obviously not good. Not really sure what to do..im about to re-try WS in a week. When doing reps my sticking poing was about a 3-4board press so i nailed those..but I found out today that on maximal weight its right out of the pocket, not really sure how to hammer that though besides doing regular benching and hitting my lats which i already do. I've really got to figure something out though :(

Deadlifts 415 Good, adding weight frequently, sticking point is right at knee level, been trying alot of rack deadlifts lately.

I'm trying to maintain my bodyweight right now at 165. No complaints really except for the bench.... just thought I would give an update.

All lifts are raw btw.. Only thing I ever use is chalk.

What's interesting is that you can military press way more than me, yet I can closegrip bench more than you :)
 
Great work. Thats a lot of weight for any bodyweight, but for 165 it's fantastic.

Thanks guys I appreciate it :) But that bench thing is still getting to me lol, i mean ..my 1RM won't budge...but I went from 205 for 5x5 to 225 5x5 as well now that I think about it, but I still max at the same weight lol. Oh well I'm hoping WS changes all that this time around. When I make my sample first week up im going to post it on here and see what you guys think. You know my weaknesses, you know my problems, so maybe you guys can help adjust the program up a bit...see something i dont perhaps :)

speed bench is all i can think of right now that will help besides what your already doin. tb
 
:( already doing it. I do alot of variations as well..i use bands, i use a pause at the bottom sometimes, and i try bounding.
