hey, i know i havnt been around lately, i needed some time off to heal up so i took about a month off. this weekend i tried my events again and amazed myself. my 240 stone felt like nothing and i put it onto a higher height than i have ever done before
. i followed that up with my big tire like 675 pounds and its like butter now just flows right over. then today i went back into gym for first time in like 6 weeks. well i wanted to have some fun and see what i still got. i havnt deadlifted since may so i was like lets see. i started with 135 for reps then 225 for reps then 315 for reps and then 405 for 2 singles then my new PR 455 for 1
. well i tried 475 after that but only got about an inch, it shall be mine soon
. well how do you guys think i am doing on january 2 2003 i pulled a pr of 185 at 180 pounds today i pulled 455 at 192 pounds. am i making good progress
