hey, i know i havnt been around lately, i needed some time off to heal up so i took about a month off. this weekend i tried my events again and amazed myself. my 240 stone felt like nothing and i put it onto a higher height than i have ever done before;) . i followed that up with my big tire like 675 pounds and its like butter now just flows right over. then today i went back into gym for first time in like 6 weeks. well i wanted to have some fun and see what i still got. i havnt deadlifted since may so i was like lets see. i started with 135 for reps then 225 for reps then 315 for reps and then 405 for 2 singles then my new PR 455 for 1:p . well i tried 475 after that but only got about an inch, it shall be mine soon :) . well how do you guys think i am doing on january 2 2003 i pulled a pr of 185 at 180 pounds today i pulled 455 at 192 pounds. am i making good progress:D
 
i just had the energy and the drive so i did it, yes injury did cross my mind. everything was flowing so i just went for it. gotta be a little crazy to be one of us:p

i been around t3c, and learned alot. first thing dont over do it cause injuries suck, never be afraid to take time off, and time off only leads to good things. my body needed it and greatly appreciated it and is rewarding me with prs all over. but i gon be back to it sunday full speed look for the vids they should be there;)
