proviron or arimidex

hi guys i am going to be running my second coarse soon and was wondering what you guys think about it and if i should use proviron or arimidex

here is my stats :
age : 20
height : 175 cm
weight : 76kg
bf : around 10 % not exactly sure

previous coarse:
anadrol 50, 50mg week 1-3
winstrol 40mg EOD week 1-3
pct nolva 20mg ed week 4-6

my next coarse is :
test E 500 mg week 1 -12
dbol 30 mg week 1 -6
tbol 50 mg week 1-6
proviron OR arimidex week 1-12

PCT
nolva 20mg week 14-16
clomid 100mg week 14-16

Nolva is a site specific anti estrogen. It does nothing for recovery.

Clomid works on about 40% of the people who use it and it stops working when you stop using it, wich makes it pretty much worthless.

Dbol and Tbol are pretty similar and the total of 80 mgs a day is a lot.

Pretty much...hard work and eating good is plenty at your age and hormonal profile. Scared to work? SMH
