I purposely stayed off for 4 pages. Then I couldn't take the "We protect and defend the entire planet so you second class world citizens need to kiss our asses" anymore, I felt compelled to say something as an American. Now that is MY RIGHT.... is it not?

I never said that the US was the worst place in the world and that every other place was better.

I am only calling the more irresponsible posters to task. It's interesting how they can't seem to come up with intelligent arguements to support their *theories* (that they maintain to be gospel truth), and have resorted to name-calling and trash-talking.

Of all the posts on this thread, I believe that your post, quite succintly summarized why the US was once great and mighty.

I just want to know why Canadians are called Canadians when they live in North America. Shouldn't they be called Americas of the North?

I have also found that most of the vocal people on this forum are flaming flying jumping leaping assholes with barely enough brain power to walk and breath at the same time.

Other than that I am sitting in the back seat on the way to the field so I have a few hours to kill otherwise I could care less about posting here.

As for you, I have never had a problem with you. I read some of your posts to BM. I just didn't get what you were trying to accomplish. But if you can bait her and she responds that has nothing to do with me. She is a big girl so I am sure she can handle her business with no help from me. When I see the blue frames on her computer when I walk by the office I just shake my head and think she could be watching dust settle rather than interacting with these people.
